Welcome to Premier Chauffeur Ireland. By accessing our website or booking our chauffeur services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message containing the details of your journey.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all booking information, including pickup location, date, time, and contact details, are correct.

Payment Terms

Payment for chauffeur services may be required in advance or upon completion of the journey depending on the service booked. We accept secure online payments and other approved payment methods.

All prices are subject to change depending on travel distance, waiting time, additional stops, or special requests.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the booking may be subject to cancellation charges.

Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight has landed. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.

Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave respectfully during the journey. Premier Chauffeur Ireland reserves the right to terminate the service if a passenger behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may result in additional charges.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we always strive to provide punctual service, Premier Chauffeur Ireland is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle and Service Availability

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when necessary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances while ensuring a similar standard of service.

Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining confidentiality.

Changes to Terms

Premier Chauffeur Ireland reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page.
